Japanese magazine promotes Dubrovnik as perfect wedding destination

Dubrovnik, on Croatia's southern Adriatic coast, which has been proclaimed recently by the world's media as one of the most romantic cities in the world, now has Japanese magazine "25 ans" promoting it as an ideal destination to get married.
A 16 page report in luxury Japanese magazine "25 ans", which specialises in weddings, promotes Dubrovnik's romantic charms and beauty and recommends the Dalmatian city as the perfect place to tie the knot.
"25 ans" is the oldest magazine of its type in Japan and the article is the result of its team of journalists visiting Dubrovnik in May this year. "Considering in Japan it is popular to get married overseas, this is a great promotion for Dubrovnik in Japan," said the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.
This summer there has been 23,000 Japanese tourists in Dubrovnik, 40 per cent more than last year, writes daily newspaper Jutarnji list.
