Dinamo players offer money to fans just to come and watch them in Champions League

Croatian Times

Desperate Dinamo Zagreb bosses have promised to turn a fan into a millionaire in a bid to end a boycott by fans. The club’s owners have announced that one member of the crowd will be the lucky recipient of the cash in their next Champions League match against France's Paris Saint-Germain side. Players raised the 1 million Croatian Kuna prize themselves with a whip round in the dressing room. The team has been hit by a mass boycot by fans, who have fallen out with president Zdravko Mamic over the high handed way he runs the club.
