Golf Club Split 1700 organises lessons for beginners
Croatian Times
Golf Club Split 1700, based at the golf course in Stobrec Split, are hoping to grow the game of golf in the area by organising golf lessons at the club starting this autumn.
Around 80 members of the club gather and play at the Stobrec golf course, and every year in autumn members take part in lessons organised by the club, as they aim to spread the game's popularity.
Lessons, which are lead by kinesiology professor Branimir Kljajic, are free for kids under 15 years of age. 20-hours of golf lessons, including one hour of theory, ends with a 6-hole tournament for beginners.
