Dinamo's Brazilian star banned after partying on Adriatic Coast

Dinamo Zagreb football club will go into their important return leg UEFA Champions League qualifying match against FC Sheriff Tiraspol from Moldova in Zagreb tonight without their Brazilian star Sammir after he was banned by the club for partying on the Adriatic coast.
Dinamo Zagreb coach Ante Cacic had no mercy for Sammir and team mate Nikola Pokrivac after the pair were caught partying at Croatia's party hotspot in Vodice on the Adriatic coast just three days before the important UEFA Champions League qualifier.
"I have decided not to count on Sammir or Pokrivac for this match. We cant turn a blind eye to that kind of behaviour. We wont be held hostage by anybody, and results cant depend on just one player," said Cacic, adding that he could not understand how anybody could behave like that before a big match.
Croatian daily newspaper 24sata reported also the club will impose a financial penalty on the two players. Dinamo Zagreb take on FC Sheriff Tiraspol tonight at Zagreb's Maksimir stadium.
