Hajduk Split to face Italian giants Inter Milan

Hajduk Split football club have set up a meeting with former three time Champions League winners Inter Milan in the 3rd qualifying round of the UEFA Europa league, after beating Skonto FC from Latvia 2:1 on aggregate on Thursday night.

Hajduk Split went into last night's match defending a 2:0 lead from the first leg in Split and managed to just hold on, losing 1:0 to the side from Riga.

The win means that Hajduk Split will now face Inter Milan both home and away with the first leg being played at Split's Poljud stadium on 2 August, with the return leg 7 days later on 9 August at Milan's famous San Siro stadium.
