Another Croat joins English Premier league

Mladen Petric is the latest Croatian to join the English football premier league. The former Hamburg striker has signed a one-year deal at London club Fulham, reports website dalje.com.
The 31-year-old was released by the German club at the end of last season and emerged as a target for Spanish sides Malaga, Deportivo and Real Sociedad.
Petric, who joins the growing list of Croatians plying their trade in the premiership, is remembered for scoring the winning goal for Croatia against England at Wembley in Euro 2008 qualifiers, knocking out England in the process.
