Zoran Vulic is no longer the Rijeka football club coach.
The daily Slobodna Dalmacija has reported that Vulic finally made his decision after meeting yesterday (Mon) with club president Ivana Turcic, who wanted him to stay.
Vulic said: "It is my final decision. I am leaving. Turcic and I reached agreement in only five minutes, the same way that we agreed about my arrival. I have to stress I am sorry it is ending like this, most of all because of people at the club. I believe my decision is best for everyone."
Although Vulic refused to talk about his reasons for leaving, the Croatian media have reported the club's three loses in the row and the bad situation on the team are responsible.
A former Hajduk Split and Russian Luch-Energiya Vladivostok coach, Vulic has been Rijeka coach since September.
