Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher holidaying on island of Hvar

Seven-time World Champion Formula One racing driver Michael Schumacher has arrived by yacht on the Dalmatian island of Hvar, writes daily newspaper Vecernji list.

Schumacher, who drives for the Mercedes team, dined at Stari Mlin restaurant with seven friends. The 43 year-old champion and his company enjoyed in seafood, squid and traditional meat speciality cevapi at the restaurant.

The owner of the restaurant gifted Schumacher the traditional Croatian biscuit 'paprenjak', which contains, amongst other ingredients, a mix of honey and black pepper.
