Donald Duck in a courtroom

A lawyer at a court case in Croatia has appealed for the withdrawal of a judge a case because he used a Donald Duck image for his Facebook profile picture. Lawyer Milan Petricic thought the judge Domagoj Kurobasa (35) of the Municipal Court in coastal town of Zadar was not serious enough to lead the case where his client was involved. Milan Petricic represents former police criminal department chief Antun Novoselovic who sued the local news website owner for libel. "It is unusual that a judge represents himself as Donald Duck", Milan Petricic was quoted in daily newspaper as describing the reason why he insisted on a withdrawal of the judge from the case. Milan Petricic also added that the judge had liked the news website Znet that is the matter of the case on his Facebook profile. The court is yet to decide on lawyer's appeal.
