31-year old Russian women found in trunk of car at Croatian border

A 31year-old Russian woman was found in a trunk of an Italian registered Ford vehicle on Tuesday evening at the Croatian – Slovenian border crossing Kastel (Istria), reports Vecernji list.
Border policemen performing a routine checkup were surprised to find a woman in a trunk the Ford car. A 38 year-old Russian woman was driving the car at the time.
Two women were planning to go from Umag to Italy, but the younger women had forgotten to take her passport with her so they cooked up the plan to hide her in the trunk.
Legal proceedings have been initiated against the two Russian women for breaches of State Border Control laws.
