Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik gets another generous mysterious donator

Croatian Times

After an anonymous donor donated 1.5 million kuna (200 thousand Euros) for the restoration of the chapel at the cemetery, another mysterious donation has come Dubrovniks way. This time a secret donator has donated money to rebuild a children's playground in the southern Dalmatian city, reports dnevnik.hr.

The act of generosity has gone down well with the locals in Dubrovnik. 'Who has money just let them give,' say the locals.

"I like this house and big slide. I can go down easy and run around in the fire engine," said an excited 3-year-old boy after first seeing the new playground.
The boys mother commented how nice it was to see the new payground as for years it was just derelict. The whole new playground should be officially opened by the end of the week.

"Its important that the good deed was done and not important who done it. Who has money let them give, we need more of that in Dubrovnik," concluded a local Dubrovnik resident.
