Croatian shipyard Brodosplit in the Adriatic port city of Split have launched a new luxury passenger yacht, the 519, which was built for its foreign client Laplaine Management Ltd, headquartered in the British Virgin Islands.
The new 60 meter long luxury yacht is 10.68 meters wide, 4 and a half meters high up to the main deck, and can reach speeds of up to 13 knots. The yacht has three luxury VIP cabins which can accommodate 6 passengers. On short distances, the yacht, with its four decks, two luxurious lounges and open deck, can accommodate 75 people.
The yacht was built according to the rules and under the supervision of the Croatian Register of Shipping and delivery to its owners is scheduled for September this year. This contract, after building three cruisers for the American market from 2006-2008, is a further big step in the luxury passenger boat market for the Croatian company.
