British brokerage firm advises clients to buy real estate in Zagreb

British brokerage firm HiFX has published an article on its website suggesting its clients and readers to purchase real estate in Croatia's capital Zagreb, writes website politikaplus.
"Those who purchase real estate in Zagreb have the opportunity to enjoy in a range of cultural activities such as art galleries, theatre, music festivals and a lot more," writes the autor of the article titled "Zagreb is a Relaxed City", Sarah Pitton.
The article compares Zagreb to British cities and says that Zagreb has everything one needs for a good quality of life, and is not as expensive as cities in Britain.
"The capital is relatively cheap, with a lot of restaurants and cafes for all tastes. Zagreb could be the perfect destination for those that want to live in a place that has everything and also the charm and the relaxedness of smaller cities," concluded Pitton.
