Record July for Croatia Airlines
Croatian Times
Croatia's national carrier Croatia Airlines transported a record 236,890 passengers in July, which was 9,100 passengers or 4 per cent more than the previous record month, which was July 2011.
The most amount of passengers in one day was recorded on Monday 23 July, when Croatia Airlines transported 8,161 passengers, reports Croatian radiotelevision.
Last month, on 18 July, Croatia Airlines celebrated their millionth passenger for the year, which was the earliest in the companies history, beating the previous record of 20 July 2011.
In the first seven months of 2012, Croatia Airlines have reached 1,087.699 passengers, which is 2 per cent more than at the same time last year, a record since the company began commercial flights in 1991.
