The DoubleTree hotel, by luxury American international hotel chain Hilton, is set to open its doors this autumn in the Croatian capital Zagreb.
The new hotel will open in the Green Gold Business Centre on the corner of Zagreb's Radnicka and Vukovarska streets and is the investment of unknown Croatian millionaire Branko Perkovic, who has signed a management agreement with the American hotel giants.
The new hotel will employ around 70 people and will have a 152 room capacity when it opens in a few months. DoubleTree will also have a spa centre and swimming pool and a night stay is expected to cost between 120 to 200 Euros.
