Picturesque Croatian bay to get 5-star hotel

The local council of Zadvarje municipality (Split-Dalmatia County), located on the Dalmatian coast, plans to use the unique features of the picturesque Vruje bay, a place that reflects the brutality of nature with its rocks skinned by the famous bura winds, to its advantage and build a five-star hotel complex there.
"The urban development plan has provided for the part of Vruje that does not fall within the protected area, for a hotel complex with 550 beds to be built. Since this is a superb location, which extends to 8.2 hectares, it has attracted interested investors, but for now I will not reveal their names because there have not been concrete negotiations," says Branko Krnic, Mayor of Zadvarje municipality.
Krnic continues to say that the main priority is now to make sure all documentation related to the land is clean and ready for the investors when they arrive, reports Slobodna Dalmacija.
