Croatia could get first low-cost airline by end of year

Croatia could have its first low-cost airline by the end the of the year, the daily 24 Sata reports.
The project Dalmatian.hr is reported to be led by Zeljko Romic, a Croat from Australia.
According to some sources, the company could also offer intercontinental flights at prices reduced up to 40 per cent compared to current competition. That could mean that Zagreb-New York flights could cost around 300 Euros.
On domestic relations Dalmatian.hr could become a serious competition for Croatia Airlines, the daily writes.
