SMAG conference ongoing in Dubrovnik

The ACI EUROPE's Small & Medium Sized Airports Action Group (SMAG) Conference & Exhibition 2010 features numerous interesting sessions and workshops in Dubrovnik.
The conference day two programme tomorrow (Weds) will feature themes such as how SMAG airports can make themselves more attractive to the tourism industry.
The session will be led by moderator Filip Soete, the incoming chairman of ACI EUROPE Commercial Forum and director of marketing at Nice Airport. The speakers will include Lennart Johansson, the director of the Göteborg Convention Bureau, Alessio Grazietti, the general manager at Cagliari Airport and Christophe Laumet, project director for Egis Projects.
SMAG participants will also be able to enjoy a "Leadership" session that
highlights the importance of organisation and leadership development in the airport sector during times of change and transition.
Best practice in the leadership of airports using CEO case studies will be reviewed as well as current thinking in organisation and personnel development, leadership competencies and talent management.
