A special commission set up to study teen gun crime after a German schoolboy slaughtered 15 victims has recommended sending youngsters on shooting courses.
Troubled Tim Kretschmer, 17, shot himself after gunning down pupils and staff at his school in Winnenden, Germany.
Now a committee looking at ways to prevent future tragedy has outraged parents of victims by recommending marksmanship classes.
Hardy Schober, 50, who lost his daughter Jana, 15, in the slaughter said: "It's incredible that they're supporting this."
