Stipulation in contract are that terminal is to be built by Croatian firms with Croatian workforce. I think Hidroelectra got the contract, or they were mentioned to be one of them firms building new terminal.

I am glad that the airport is being extended. There is not enough information in this article for me to say I am extremely happy as it only says Croatia will share in a percentage of the project expansion. Is it only 1% ? My other concern is that there is no mention of JOBS FOR Croatians in this project so does that mean France is going to not hire any Croats to work and bring in French workers??I appreciate all investments in Croatia but if it does not benefit the people who need to work in Croatia then I would not be so happy about it.We need a Croatia First Policy that requires any business to hire a minimum of 70% of Croatian workers in their work force. What good is investment if Croats are not getting the jobs?

if you want to learn about the EU, all you have to do is: watch Nigel Farage (a member of the european parliament) clips on youtube... he will explain simply and clearly... maybe someone could translate his messages to croatian :) do NOT enter the EU... EU = USSR!
