The husband may have lost this round but by being arrested for a minor charge, he'll be able to divorce the pathetic wife and find a real woman.

I think this an excellent idea for the reasons given. But it may also encourage others to participate and possibly encourage some co-operatives.

I am not sure that Serbia has changed. Let's say it has adjusted its behavior accordingly to its now diminished power. Unless, this is what is called "change" in politics.

Any time a government tries to implement a new "charge" for anything, they say it is for the benefit of either "the children" or "the environment". But in essence it is an excuse to generate revenue. Traffic may be reduced out of citizen's frustrations of being taxed to death. They may refuse to take mass transit and try to find work elsewhere... the same with shopping. In this economy, is it really a good idea to punish people with this? How would it affect delivery drivers traveling multiple times in and out of the city center? Will the fees go up the higher the population grows? The next thing you know, the government will start a special tax on shoe laces because there are so many pedestrians... where will it end??

What about a little respect for the employer, ok I agree some employers are bad apples, but to tarnish all employers with the same brush is a bit too heavy. What about actually filling out a resume with details instead of information that could be fit on a postage stamp (and saying you spent 3 months, year, whatever in austria is really no good, what did you spend your time doing there would be more appropriate, otherwise they will think you could have been drug running for all they know. What about arriving on time for an interview. What about being dressed for the occasion no matter the job description. What about asking questions of what the position entails instead of asking first "Whats the pay?" And what about being respectful towards your prospective employer, oh yeah I said that already.
